The challenge

Youth organisations, charities and sports clubs run on paper registers, consent forms in a filing cabinet and a spreadsheet that only one person understands. Off-the-shelf charity software either costs more than their budget or assumes a way of working they don't have.

The solution

A management platform where each organisation gets its own branded system with only the modules relevant to them, rather than a single generic tool everyone has to adapt to.

A London children's charity was taking attendance on paper, tracking payments in a spreadsheet and building the staff rota by hand each week — with the same names re-entered in three places.

A single system for the people who run sessions, designed around the order they actually do things on the day rather than a generic database structure.
