This notice covers the LaunchNexus marketing website only. If you use a system we have built for another organisation, that organisation controls your data and you should contact them directly.

What we collect

We do not run advertising or profiling on this site, and we do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Where an enquiry becomes a project, records are kept for the life of the relationship and for six years afterwards for accounting and legal purposes.
If you join the mailing list, we keep your details for as long as you stay subscribed. When you unsubscribe, your name is deleted straight away. We keep your email address, with the wording you agreed to and when, so that you are never added back by mistake — it is used for nothing else. If you would rather we deleted that too, email us and we will.
Who else sees it
Our hosting, database and email delivery providers process this data on our behalf under contract. We share data with professional advisers or authorities only where we are legally required to.
Our team may use an AI assistant, provided by Anthropic, to summarise an enquiry or request and to draft a reply. Email addresses and phone numbers are removed before anything is sent to it, a member of our team reads and edits every draft before it reaches you, and Anthropic processes this on our behalf without using it to train its models.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Email [email protected]. If you're unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this notice. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
