We do not run advertising or profiling on this site, and we do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Where an enquiry becomes a project, records are kept for the life of the relationship and for six years afterwards for accounting and legal purposes.
Who else sees it
Our hosting and database providers process this data on our behalf under contract. We share data with professional advisers or authorities only where we are legally required to.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Email info@launchnexus.co.uk. If you're unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
