How LaunchNexus works.

One process for every project, from the moment you configure it on this site to the years we look after it afterwards.

Your journey

From first click to looked after.

What you build on this website goes straight to our team. Once you go ahead, the same project carries on in your client portal — nothing is re-typed, and nothing gets lost between the two.

  1. Configure your serviceBuild a website concept, map out a system or describe your setup — in a Studio, in your own time.
  2. LaunchNexus reviews itA person reads what you built and comes back to you, usually within two working days.
  3. Receive your proposalA written proposal with the scope and the price, which you can read and accept online.
  4. Approve and beginAccept it and your project opens, with a checklist of what we need from you.
  5. Follow it in your portalYour client portal shows the stage it is at, updates from us and anything waiting on you.
  6. Review and approveDesigns and plans come to you for approval. Ask for changes in a sentence.
  7. LaunchWe put it live on your domain and bring your team across.
  8. We manage itHosting, domain, email, updates and support — looked after, and one click away in the portal.
The process

Discover. Plan. Design. Build. Review. Launch. Manage.

Seven stages, the same for every kind of project. You know what happens at each one and what it costs before anything is built.

  1. DiscoverWe learn how your business works and what you need it to do.
  2. PlanWhat gets built, what it costs and when — agreed in writing first.
  3. DesignYou see how it will look and work while it is still easy to change.
  4. BuildWe build it, and you follow progress in your client portal.
  5. ReviewYou check it and approve it before anything goes live.
  6. LaunchIt goes live, with your data and your team brought across.
  7. ManageWe look after it afterwards, and you ask for changes in the portal.
On your project tracker

What the stages are called for your project.

These are the names you will see in your client portal, so the website, our team and your portal always describe your project the same way.

Pricing

A price before we build.

Website packages are priced on the page. Systems and larger work get a written proposal with a fixed price, which you can read and accept online.

Fixed scope, fixed price

You approve a written scope and a cost before the build starts.

Staged payments

For larger projects, payment is spread across the project rather than taken up front.

Honest answers

If an off-the-shelf tool would genuinely serve you better, we will say so.

Common questions

Before you get in touch.

We don't have anyone technical. Is that a problem?

No — most of the businesses and organisations we work with don't. We handle the technical side and explain decisions in plain English.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size of the project, so you get a date in your proposal rather than a guess — and your portal shows each stage as it moves.

What happens to our existing data?

We bring it across. Spreadsheets, exports from an old system, even paper records — moving your history over is part of the launch stage.

Do we own what you build?

Ownership terms are set out in the proposal before you commit. On one-off website builds, the website is yours once the build fee is paid.

Ready when you are.
