Questions

The things people ask.

Do I need a web address first?

No. If you have one we will use it, and if you do not we will find you one and set it up.

What happens to the email I already have?

Nothing, until you say so. If you already have business email we look at how it is set up first and tell you exactly what moving would involve. We do not change anything on your domain before that.

Is this just Gmail?

It is Google Workspace, which is Gmail on your own web address plus Drive, Calendar, Meet, Docs and Sheets. The difference is that we set it up and look after it, so you never open the admin console.

What does it cost?

It depends on how many people need an address and which plan suits you. We confirm the price in writing before anything is set up, and it goes on the same bill as everything else we look after.

Can I add people later?

Yes, any time. Ask us in your client portal and we will make the address.

What if I want to leave?

Your Workspace is yours. Tell us where you would like it to go and we will help you move it to another company or straight to Google. Your email keeps working throughout.
