Yes. We'll connect a domain you already own (£25) or move it to us, and existing Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace email can be kept or moved across.
Hosting, maintenance, security updates, backups, monitoring and the support included in your package. Nexus and Nexus+ also include the content changes listed in the package.
Care plans are rolling, subject to the notice period in your agreement. The no-upfront monthly websites have a minimum term because the build cost is spread across it. The terms are written down before you commit.

You get a written summary of what is included, what it costs and when, and nothing is charged until you have agreed to it. After that, everything carries on in your client portal.
