After the minimum term the service continues monthly under your agreement. Ownership and cancellation terms are set out in that agreement — the website is not automatically transferred at the end of the term.

Every custom project starts with a discovery conversation and a written quote. The prices above are starting points, not a checkout — we would rather understand the scope than sell you a number that turns out to be wrong.
On the one-off build packages, the website is yours once the build fee is paid. On the monthly no-upfront packages the position is different, because the build is spread across the term rather than paid for at the start — what happens at the end is set out in your agreement, and we will walk you through it before you sign. We deliberately do not claim ownership transfers automatically.
Yes. We can connect a domain you already own and manage it from there, or move it to us if you would rather have everything in one place. Connecting an existing domain is £25 and transfer assistance is £35.
Yes. Existing Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace accounts can be connected or migrated where the provider supports it. If you are happy with what you have, keep it — we will just point the right records at it.
Hosting, maintenance, security updates, backups, monitoring and the support included in your package. On Nexus and Nexus+ it also covers the content changes listed in the package.
The care plans are rolling, subject to the notice period in your agreement. The no-upfront monthly websites have a 12 month minimum term because the build cost is spread across it. Either way, the terms are written down before you commit rather than buried later.
Yes. Additional standard pages are £60 each, and anything larger is quoted first so you know the cost before we start.
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. Custom systems are scoped and quoted individually rather than sold from a price list, because the honest answer to “how much” depends on what it has to do.
We talk first. You will get a written summary of what is included, what it costs and when, and nothing is charged until you have agreed to it.
