What we use
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not use an analytics tool. There is nothing here to consent to, which is why you are not asked to — a banner demanding permission for tracking that does not happen is how people learn to click through the ones that matter.
One thing is stored on your device, and only if you dismiss the notice at the bottom of the screen: a single entry in your browser’s local storage remembering that you have seen it, so it does not reappear on every page. It is not a cookie, it is never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address. If you would rather avoid this, the fonts can be self-hosted instead.
If analytics is added later
If we add an analytics tool in future, this page will be updated to name it and a consent banner will be added before it runs.
The mailing list
If you give us your email address for occasional updates, we store that address, the wording you agreed to, and when you agreed to it — so that what you consented to is a matter of record rather than something we reconstruct later. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link that works in one click without signing in, and unsubscribing does not affect anything else about your account or services.
